Account and Contact Details

Users must provide accurate name, email, phone, profile, and enquiry information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed from your account.

Listing Discovery

Nestqube helps you discover PG, hostel, and student accommodation listings. Listing content may be submitted by owners or platform admins, and availability, price, rules, photos, amenities, and owner details can change.

Verification Before Payment

Before paying a deposit, rent, token amount, or moving in, users must independently verify the property, owner identity, rent, deposit, food, rules, documents, safety, and physical condition.

Enquiries and Communication

When you submit an enquiry or click WhatsApp/call actions, your contact details and message may be shared with the relevant owner. Do not send spam, abusive messages, false enquiries, or unlawful content.

No Brokerage from Nestqube

Nestqube is a discovery platform and does not collect brokerage from users unless a separate paid user service is clearly offered and accepted.

User Responsibility

Nestqube is not responsible for off-platform payments, disputes, denied occupancy, property conditions, owner conduct, or losses arising from decisions made after contacting a listing owner.
