Platform Role

Nestqube is a digital discovery platform for PG, hostel, and student accommodation listings. We help users compare listings and contact owners. We do not own, operate, manage, or physically verify every property unless a listing explicitly says a verification check has been completed.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate contact information, avoid misuse of enquiry channels, and independently verify rent, deposit, food, rules, availability, owner identity, and property condition before paying or moving in.

Owner Responsibilities

Owners must submit truthful listing details, current photos, accurate pricing, correct availability, and valid contact information. Nestqube may edit, reject, block, unpublish, or remove listings that appear misleading, unsafe, duplicated, fraudulent, or low quality.

Paid Services

Subscriptions, featured listing purchases, verification upgrades, and promotional placements are subject to the plan terms shown at checkout. Visibility benefits begin after successful payment verification and may be paused if a listing violates platform quality standards.

Limitation of Liability

Nestqube is not responsible for disputes between users and property owners, off-platform payments, property conditions, denied occupancy, personal loss, or third-party conduct. Users and owners are expected to use reasonable care before making decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Nestqube after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
